If you are facing a GMP audit and need help becoming GMP compliant, there are several steps you must take. 

I have developed "Dr. Yadu's 3 Step GMP Compliance Process":
  1. If it doesn't move, calibrate it. (Instrumentation & Machinery)
  2. If it does move, train it. (Technicians)
  3. If it is not written, it's not done. (SOPs and their Implementation)
